The cleaning of the moss from our roofs was a nasty job but you and your workers did it thoroughly, with a massive clean up done so that the owners did not need to think of doing this. In the past we had tried several different methods to keep our 37,000 sq.ft. 12/12 pitch roof cleared of moss. Power washing was one of them. It took only 3 years and the moss was back in full bloom. Power washing duroid roof material may take off the moss, but it also deteriorates the roof.
Four years back we called West Coast Moss Removal. It took them two weeks to get the roof to where they felt they could keep the roof clear of moss and algae. We have never looked back.
